without being set up for casting (no bathrobe, no nano doc or champion of nanocombat perks, no other items that directly added to BM/MM except lvl 88 symbs) able to self at 116 on solitus doc. ofc was using VTEs and OETs for the trickledown :) cast at 121 without OETs.
