QL 100 exactly jobe implants have tl3 as requirement. Other than that, the head and eye symbiants in that profile are either 1) very rare or 2) non existing. I personally use the QL 70 exterm eye and brain on my lowbie MP. I choose symbs > implants because a) they're easier to equip and 2) they give overall better buffs, since you get all nanoskills from the brain, not just MC or TS.
