yeah pretty easy to instacast this. just uploaded it on my NT yesterday. in the 5-6 hours ive kited so far kels is not better than VE and VE is not better than kels. they both have their uses in certain situations. IMO every kiter should have this VE and boil blood on their hotbar while kiting.
there have also been alot of people getting flagged and jumping into a kite so they flag the kiter. then rooting or killing he kiter. why do people do this. a word of caution to anyone kiting.
