This is the nano I focused on at lvl 74 (trox). I chose to use chef cleavers instead of chirops, then with the saved IP I was able to cast this and put quite a bit into NR, giving me a total of ~900. Pretty lethal at that lvl when you can't be rooted, and I'm sure if you were not multiwielding, you could push 1k NR easy.
