With a 220 ear implant and a 208 eye implant (I can't miss the 105 on BM in head) I can just about cast rapid palsey if I use expertise, reanimators robe, double VTE's and +12 intel boost.
I'm a 163 tl5-capped solitus froob doc and don't think tl6 will add 120 PM :D
At lvl 200 maybe you can miss 105 BM and still cast CH and LE and accept you can't use a&o, which I hardly ever use now anyway, and the highest teamheal to cast this.
