You seem to be missing the fact that doctors were stuck with LE and CH for god knows how many levels before SL came out. I'm not sure how saying an NT being able to cast a level for 90 levels strengthens your argument for a mid-range heal either. Once NTs get to 120 they can cast everything without level lock. How is that worse than MAs not being given higher healing powers. Doctors > Advents > MAs. You're not a primary healer, get over it.
