droid327 is correct, it's nice once it's instacast. Was using it while I was still a poor little electronicum-wielding doc. Trouble is, it's a short lived nano. Once you can instacast this you're likely doing more dmg to mobs with higher AC. Rarely did it do more than 350dmg and often it will hit for ... 288. It's a good nano to use if A. You are melee. B. You have a mob in tow as a kite. C. you don't have powerful DoTs yet.
