They Should Make It little More Better Damage , Maybe 300-400 Damage
Why? Agents don't need no DoTs to deliever damage, that's what that big blue dildo is for, and all the barrage of perks that come with it. Only reason you end up being able to cast this thing is because you need BM/MM for heals anyway... Totally useless line.
