Roots from grafts DO NOT land 100% of the time, they do not, however, check against nano resist, they do check root resist, so if one were to use a root graft after their target popped MoTR the root graft would not work. Also if your target has spacial displacement perked or has any form of root resist there is a chance that this will not work. Still an extremely valuable piece of equipment.
