I think you need to cast this for legchoppers on a 21-25 froob trader. Perhaps sacrifice a CompLit implant for PsyMod, but still I believe it is the only way. get around 330+ ncu with bulk trader and then retwink into a psymod head/eye imp and cast mogul. will need top usable drains with ts/pm mochams and 131 as well as SensImp mochams... quite a bitch to cast but well worth it if you're going for those silken legchoppers. It's a step beyond just getting on a 6slotter.
