Nowhere, because...
1.)...you have no chance to store NCU-costs about 200 for all Mochis, Wrangle and Drains with lvl 20 (first fixer-buff starts at lvl 25).
2.)...this nano won`t help you a bit to equip any belt. It uses 51 NCU and lasts for 60 seconds...you already need 10 secondes to dequip each NCU and another 70 seconds to dequip your old belt. So you are fu**ed up with your very own 8 NCU and maybe some extra from Carbonum Armor...but you need at minimum 51 NCU to recast Mogul, `cause it`s already gone.
