lol i posted three times in a row, but i was able to twink this EASILY at level 81: Reani cloak, maxed intelligence/agility/stamina, maxed mc/ts, ql 100 imps, with 8 sl perks and 3 ai perks in whatever i could find that buffed mc/ts, and mochies + 131 wrangle = about 835 mc/ts.
(btw to all you mp twinks out there, psychic does NOTHING to mc and ts, it does to bio met but agility is secondary attribute for ts, and stamina is secondary for mc. If u max out ur agi/sta u could add a good 5 to 10 points more.)
