Easy To spawn at lvl 90 if u do this : Get Ql 160ish Mc and Ts imps - Get Mochams - Use Exper and/or Odins Missing Eye - Should be ok to spawn and u can own teh borgs or whatever ;p - Can get Easier if u have sl with perks too...
