tried it on an enforcer with

and hh@b on - no way. useless in pvp..... btw wtb a +500 add all def ring -.-
pretty nice on some sl/pande mobs....some others are simply "not affected by your nsd" even if it lands.
i'd say this nano is a bit above average - but not ubar
