Since you're gonna be 216ish when you finally get this nano it's not terribly bad, I think every MP I've ever run across at 220 can self it, some even earlier...combine the 100 int/psy buffing and 100 nanoskill buffing with the same sweet duration as 8hr CM, and you can see how it'll usually be running in MP NCU.
