Soldier has a hp buff that does not stack with essence, so this probably means that, if the enforcer for some reason had the soldier hp buff running instead of essence, it will remove that as well.
Probably a sploit issue if it didnt, enfos would ask for Sold buffs so this doesnt work so well. Just a precaution i guess
