I wouldn't say "a bit more powerful than SnD," I'd say ridiculously more powerful than SnD... I'm a fixer so dun ahve to worry much aboutSnD, and i dun have a low hp steup and this just about kills me in pvp =/... and I thought that the point of the 40% cap was that people could no longer kill u with one hit =/.... toodles to that idea
