with tripple in pvp you can make up to 90% target's hp.. depends on HP again :)
with double it's max 60%..
and it doesn't stack with nano dmg perks running or items.. it is just 200% of base nuke dmg
still fun to see vicinity like OMG WTF.. after using that on docs
