Furthermore, the dot effect isn't done by a nanoprogram which is run in the NCU of the target, unlike other dots. Soooo i think chain-casting wouldn't erase the DoT effects of the earlier casts....
But 19920-20640 every 3 secs ( 6129 dps minimum ) seems a bit overpowered to me ~.~
