Totally stupid FC, they say in the character selection screen that we're profficient healers... a 220 MA getting outhealed by a level 80 doc? Thats not profficient, thats bullshit. Everything on the heal is fine except for the recharge, lower it to 6-7 seconds, or give us a better heal with a slightly lower recharge time, and not one with insane nanocost or requirments.
the character creation screen calls MAs proficient healers because they are one of three proffessions with a dedicated line of healing nanos. And btw, 370 nanocost is nothing at 220, or 210 for that matter. your nano delta should regain that before you cast it again, and tho reqs are very reasonable at 210, so quit whining.
