MAs dont need more heals. Dont you get it? Advies dont hit overly hard, half the damage is perks, so they have time to heal. MA is a big damage, the recharge it low so you can insta it and not miss any hits. Im not complaining, all MA heals are like that and i survive just fine, stop whining ffs, if they made it quick recharge you would whine about the temp. damage buff nanoskills debuff or something damn stupid. Its a heal. It heals. You have plenty of perks and specs to cover the recharge.
