Sharmouta you only need a few more level and this nano is a easy selfcast if you can get a hold of a good support eye and brain (without putting perks in Nanoskills) . I hate the recharge of this too but there is allways Spindles , Flower of Life , Harmonice Body and a trusty 13% reflect graft ....
Evades ... I play Solitus and have less tickledown on Evades , keyword is add-deff , put a few perks in CIB and you should see a big differnce.
Aint exactly top of the notch but take a look at the add-deff and Evasiv Stance Perk :
