Considering the damage you take when you are 210 in inferno or pande, and the insane, yes insane requirements this thing has! No it is not a good heal, we need a better heal with lesser nano skill requirements. I could use perks elsewhere than to boost my nano skills, and why doesn't FC put the level requirements to be 220, you will hardly be able to use it before 220 unless you wanna be a damage gimp (and no MA wants that), and put all your perks in the wrong place.
