Ma heals sux ass bigtime(the mp pet perked is actually better), and bol is good, but even a inf easy mish is difficult with only one adv. There is so many places bol doesnt help you one bit.

Wisdomman (220/23 RK1 Advy) CAN do 220 Inf Hard mishes with no clamers, just regular DD team and no healers, except some smallers target/team perk heals... It's easy with fine/well-geared advy on 220 INF easy mishes, a bit harder on medium mish, gets hard at 220 Hard...
