yeh.. only need to be 209+
can be nice to kit ely hecks though hehe 8hr kiting if u start lvl 150 or so u end up lvl 200 =P
Again....must be lvl209 to get buffed. you cant start at 150 and go to 200 :P Only help org mates and such by kiting.
