sry but thats not as easy as that, soldiers have about 10 perkattacks and 3 spezialattacks (Aimed shot, Burst, Fullauto)
In higher levels Soldier can equipp Spb in a fight, so they make a AS and than they equipp Spb make Fullauto, Burst, Perkattacks...
and the reason i quote... Fa is caped at 11sec recharge so you wont OD Soldiers that easy in a longer period of time
So dont underestimate soldiers
