ergo.. u cant go under 1/1, and what's 1+1? 2 :P 2 sec between attacks, so the result would be 30 attacks/min
Actually it works weapon A attacks, weapon B attacks, they both recharge. So you actually get 2 hits in 3 seconds, or 40 hits a minute. I'm pretty sure the 3rd bar works in the same way, so you'd get 3 attacks in 4 seconds, or 45 attacks a minute. (that's assuming all 3 attacks are 1/1)
