.... Monkeys6 u must have heard wrong.. 40 attacks in a min? that gotta be with all spec attacks or else it's no way posible, if u ask why i refere to this ;)
"init affects both attack (600/sec) and recharge speeds (300/sec), neither can go below 1 second"
ergo.. u cant go under 1/1, and what's 1+1? 2 :P 2 sec between attacks, so the result would be 30 attacks/min
