No, all the keeper hots tick at 20 seconds. As Harkin pointed out, the heals table is based on if you chain-cast the nano rather than letting the aura proc. So, with a 10 second cast time (and a crapload of nano initiative), you could chain-cast this one and get better healing (as proc would refresh every few seconds) than the highest keeper aura (because of higher casting time). So, if you want to be full agg and have over 2k nano init, you can chain cast this one for more healing than chain casting the top nano... or you could just let it sit in your NCU and tick off every 20 seconds as intended.
