because instead of it being calced at every 20s as aura refreshes, its based same as a doc casting a heal, the 679 every 15s, or so, and the top nano has longer attack time :P 20s versus 10s
this:
679 every 20s = 2037/min or 33.75/sec
top:
843 every 20s = 2529/min or 42.15/sec
