Worthless @TL5 save your money, I can cast it on myself and it only lands 1 out of 6 tries. Any doc, advy, and most likely all other professions worth a damn will have alot more nanoresist than my soldier has. They should lower the level lock on the other one to 174 instead of 175. Perhaps it would be useful then.
