Level 21 Agetnt had this running and pvp'ed a trader... Trader couldn't kill agent but after the traders drains Agent was doing about 18 dmge per hit with his 0% Perennium Sniper

at 184 i'm noticing HoT's don't feel as powerful as the did at lower levels.
i hear with Dr HnQ you don't feel much of a differnce from Cellular Crashcart.
and i've been so sick of people asking me for this since i was 100ish.
i even had one idiot tell me i sabotaged him by giving him something else instead of this.

Was probly a high level HoT just not HnQ, can't really tell a difference unless you actually check it in your ncu.

With a 'Awakened Brain Symbiant, Artillery Unit Aban', 'Active Waist Symbiant, Artillery Unit Aban', 'Chest Implant: Stamina, Shiny (+57 Bio Met), this one is easily cast on a lvl 165 fixer.
Damn the level-locked. ;|
