I know perfectly well how the Nullity Line works.
@ Talien: NS2 is better than NS, that's pretty obvious. But since NT's got detaunt perk, loosing aggro isn't that much of a deal if you are using decknukes. If you are using Resonance Blast, getting aggro in the first place isn't that easy either. And are you calling me a heckler noob? Give me a break...
@Talien & estboy: Yes, you can nuke while NS is up. There's nothing in what i've posted above the declares other. What i commented was it's market value. What i meant as how usable the NS is in PvP, is that it's a gamble. Since it roots you, you need to have your target within range, and people much instabreaks Burden of Atlas today with stims & perks. And there is the problem with the Hold NT's at bay ring wich adds 500 NR, a Shade with perks in Nano Repulsor & the HHaB ring can just wait until NS drops and then do the perk ballet on you.
Or you get lucky and you get to fry someone up withing 3 nukes. As a said, using NS in PvP is a gamble. But imo it's not worth the price it has today, even if it's damn rare.

I agree it's not worth the price, and my NT won't be getting it until I happen to find it somewhere. She's done just fine without to, so I'm not really worried about not having it at this point.

As sad as it is, this is a the very best defense nano a broken profession like ours was given. It's less effective than a good biococoon or soldier shield (and less expensive if not free...), but still, I wouldn't dream of playing my NT further than its level 160 without this uploaded. Our UBAH nano is like our whole profession: even if we know it's flawed, we use it.

@Datagutt -- Actually, it doesn't reflect at all. It may look like it reflects but it doesn't vs. Mobs or Players. All it does is cancel any attacks incoming that are weapon/melee attacks. They just stand there staring at you in attack mode doing nothing.
BTW DoT's will land through NS(2) as will any debuff.

lol, dont be surprised. reflected damage passes through uber evade fixer/shade/ma/agents, and TMS, what makes you think NS will block it?
