I can cast this bot with my engi 60 (nanomage, froob, male and clan). I used contract (QL 250 : int, stam, agi and MC/TS) and guardian of corruption (QL 152, almost max for my level). I've got with all buff (compo abil+FG+IC+behe+compo nanoskill+mocham+wrangler 132+ICRT+extruder bar) : 810 in MC and 807 in TS.
I will not try do raise this toon and i don't know if it's possible to do better with this configuration. Try :)
