ok, why is this 'better' than IEF, which takesless MC, does more damage, and is lower ql?
better recharge and no taunt. it is still crap.

yes, but IEF does twice the damage for only .8 slower recharge

Somehow, I feel this one should have had a large evade debuff attached to it, since the description is nearly identical to Gravitational Anomaly

easier on the init than IEF which can be useful for soloing, also good for weapon users.
