does this count as a hostile or a friendly program? or rather... can you disable it to get back your max health cap after casting stuff you needed the nano buffs to cast?

I think this nano is a little bugged... doesn't always take away 250 to hp.

You can get them as mission rewards in missions close to the Nano's QL. BTW this nano *IS* self only.

Used it at level60 with mochs, 131 wrangle and 130ish imps, to get 2x VTE's equipped :-)
