Thats what they said about Triples. And NBS. And borrow reflect. Still here? Then i guess people will stay after all....
although IMHO its bugged. the description shows 'this nano harshly rips away the target's natural nanobot regeneration', yet it doesn't only remove natural nanobot regeneration, it puts it into -nano regen, so its actually a huge DISADVANTAGE to have a 2sec nano delta, which most nano-using profs aim to have.
good(ish) idea, badly implemented. Yet again.

Well, actually, the 200 level lock was put it because its apparently devasting at lower levels, but since higher toons have 2s nanodelta tick, and the effects are the same, its actually worse at tl7.
FC logic for you.
