actually the druation is 15 sec or at least the of 2 nano programms it executes on the target

Lasts 10 seconds, and at level 200 it heals for 1500 per hit (750 on a ranged class).
Sounds great, and so it would be if not for the 2 minute lockdown which isn't mentioned anywhere in game because FC loves being vague like that.
