If the leet lasts forever, by waiting for 30 minutes, you can summon 2 of them, 3 if you wait for an hour... :p

I had about TEN leet and reet pets for about 10 minutes, sort-of. Let me explain...
I walked outside Rome with my MP, with Auto-Attack Monster turned off. I cast Enmity on every leet or reet I saw. Their combined damage was easily handled by my heal pet (Sanoo).
I was walking toward Rome's subway when some people thought I was in trouble and slaughtered my entourage. I asked them not to "help" me like that, and tried again. The second time an NPC guard near Rome thought I was under massive attack and blasted them to dust.
So you CAN (after a fashion) have several "pets" at once. However, they lose interest in attacking you after about 5 minutes, so you have to keep hitting them with Enmity. Also, you have to walk (press Backspace) because otherwise you tend to out-run them.
The whole scene -- one MP being attacked by ten leets and reets -- makes for a good screen-shot. It really looks funny!

-Leets'r'us, is that it?
-If i buy this at Leets'r'us, do i still need AI to use it?

Oh christ... If you pre-orderd Alien Invasion you got a "CD KEY" you can use in ur account information area on AOs web site.. after you used it you can use a shop terminal called "Leets´r´us" next to bronto burger outside newland city and buy the nano crystal there, if you did not pre-order AI org won the "leet-key" (CD-KEY) in a contest or got one frome a friend you can not use that shop terminal, nor get a leet pet. Futher more these pets are strictly social al tho you can fight anouther players leet pet whith em.
