lol, they made it look better now...its smaller, and the sheild dosent look like a peice of burnt tin foil...lol...but still, u can name it "chickenbot of death". Thats all the motivation i need...(and for those of u who havent seen it, it really looks like a black metal chicken)

yay for reaching lvl 220 and getting abot to help you.. ohh, no more lvl , well shit, maybe at like 210 lvl req.... sort of pointless to have it if you dont pvp and have gotten everything getting to 220..

think we can ask FC to change the appearance of it? us engies create it..and we sure as hell know we can make it look however the hell we want it to! why cant it be like sum tall robot with big guns or something? seeing as no other robot pet can fire a weapon. also! the warbot and warmachines hav guns..but they dont fire it. so that's a thought..a robot with big guns. not sum chicken with a rod coming out of his butt..or face..*front part* ;)

Pets don't have ranged weapons due to some pathing problems I believe. At one point I think Beaureaucrat pets had SMG's but the problems kept them from doing anything properly.
As for the appearance, I take it (from the description) that bots are learned by the Engineer from a set bluebrint. It is odd storyline-wise why Engineers can't "tweak" the looks though.

yea..it does kinda suck that we cant tweak the appearance. maybe a suggestion on the AO bulletin board for next patches? ;)

yah, thats a good question...if there is all this advanced alien tech, why did we only bother with trimmers? I mean, shouldnt we have flying, half living, half machine pets that have some cool debuffs that they can cast on their own? I mean, mabey even a new prossess where u take the pet nano u want to change, and add viralbots for what you want to add...like, say, hovering viralbots to make it float, and get a runspeed buff, or daring viralbots (if u kill general, u know what i mean) so that it can cast daring syndrome, or mabey various other things...lol, imagine if ur pets could summon zix O.o

Thw Widowmaker battle drone has more hp and AR than any slayer, if you think otherwise please make yourself a 220 engi then come play with us.
And fyi this "thing" isn't that great, 205 advy, 210 sold, 204 enf, have all soloed it and beat it, it can take an AF guard to about one third before it crumples in to a pile of "quest dingeon mob" remains..
Way to go FC for no originality on 90% of the game.

tried to kill it lots of times? maybe embryos or wills drops off it since it's a catacombs mob ;)
