Ewww, if I understood everything, with 2 secs HealDelta, this nano acts like an HoT with those stats :
On Use Target Hit Current health 65 .. 65 infinite hits, 2s delay
Which is 325 HPs for 10s delay :|
That's a great HoT then ^^

yea-and considering some professions get +150 heal delta-this and their heal delta=more than top fixer hot at half the speed

Found it in a Dungeon in the East of Ergo in Schoel (behind the Spirit bosses).
