I can find this nano neither in Garden of Sanctuary nor in Garden of Shere. I've been told except some Keeper and Shade nanos, SL high nanos are not rollable, they can be obtained in gardens, nonetheless, as I said, I can't find this nano in those gardens. Any help will be appreciated

It's castable at tl5 with minor buffs, cast time isn't a big deal unless you are a noob and cast it mid fight. self only, heh lets give GA fixers +10 or maybe +25% to all evades real smart there.
Use this before a fight and perk your evades perks and watch your evades rocket.

Kishido, RI is unquestionalby better, at all times, unless your base, unimplanted, un trickled, unperked evades are above 1200. and by that point you can cast the higher +%evade buffs anyway. one of the most uselless nanos/nanolines in game.

Hate to break it to ya but all the %evade increase nanos work off BASE skill only, so perking limber/DoF will have no effect on this. It doesn't even count trickle down, which imo makes these nanos worthless.
