this is very good in pvp. Seeing as MP's use nanoshutdown in pvp docs have nothing left except for perks which....I dont think they will save you for long.......
Except this nano doesnt help against NSD, lol.

NSD is 160% defence check, if a mp lands NSD on you, then you deserve to die anyway.

It aint all that great, check the duration of the new nsd vs the old one which wasnt that easy to land anyway..and thats outside of pvp.. inside of pvp its almost impossible, even if the new nsd is twice as easy. , its unlikely the mp will be alive by the time the mere 15 seconds or so it lasts has expired.
