DarkBVackVan to get it on just have Mat crea maxed Psy mod maxed have QL 50 implants and cast psys mod expertise, mat crea expertise, psymod mastery, and mat crea mastery doing that I had these skills at around 33. I'm such you could use it much earlier I'm definitly not twinked.

lol this is possible to get on at level 16... just need the ncu ;) and it's easy well just the comp lit gets anoying but its not hard to get it on at level 35.. first of all at level 35 if u maxed ur mc and psy modi u should have atleast 190 self buffed i think... and get some imps = abot 230 so get mochie for 140 and life gets simple ;)

well guys, there are 2 different realms of pvp we are talking about. OB's(outside buffs) and no OB's. If you are running mochies, this is like childsplay. But most real pvpers like the satisfation of being able to do stuff non OB's. Well, lower lvls that is. Just a thought ^^

well, if u implant pm in 3 imps, your going to gimp you ts. That means a sucky heal pet. And besides, if you doing pvp...mind scream is much better. It does less damage, but that -20 nano skills can really f-up some low lvl twinks *coughdocsenfostradersntscough*
