Range 15 m replace "trader" by "target" Logical error or bug, reduce range to 1m otherwise.

It was clearly intended to be a fixer nano! The 15m range is there so that you wouldn't get "You are out of your own range, fixer!" when a fixer tries to cast something their "usual" way.
