Gotten as final result in new Alappa zone quests. Wish they had made it castable on pets/teammates though...

This nano is great. I mean ranged init is amazing for those of us that have dark blue inits. Sadly this nano is lower in the stacking order and can be overwritten by nanos like Gazump fight... and others that add +damage modifiers.

For extra hilarity, Rapid Weapon stacks with this for an extra 114 inits, ending up with a total of +319 init.

Is why I try to avoid inviting soldiers in team on my tl5 engi ^^
Overwrite my reflects, overwrite my init buff with their crappy damage buffs....
Other than that, this nano is uber, amep 1/1 at full def @ tl5 ftw ;)
