useful in pvm.. although some mobs can cast their nanos even with nsd on them.. it's good at low pvp but at 190 everyone who really wants to pvp gets hhab..
a while ago hhab req was changed from tl6 to lvl 201 so there won't be that uber nr at lvl 190 anymore..

rolled in a mish, ql was 160, didnt took too many rolls
needed to roll it a second time, because i rolled find item and targeted instead of picking up >.<
