gets wiped out by the MA runspeed buff that gives only +70 :/ why???

Same nanoline, so they won't stack. So, in future, if someone offers to hit you with this, don't then cast Velocity.

Too bad this doesn't stack with Shade's. Other runbuffs of the profs unite!
