hmm anyone know how hard and what the lowest level a nanomage froob can cast this at? thinking of making a froob for to be my EP dispenser ^^

@Ats, it would be a lot of work just to raise an engy high enough to cast this. I think I'd rather put the effort into an agent as EP is fp-able. Then you have lots of buffs available from one toon.
