No its not, This does 2.3k damge in 30 seconds. At the level you can use it a soldier is hitting for 8k FA a agent is hitting 10k AS and an MA is hitting 2.5k crits. Docs won't ever OD someone for a boss, but as a doc you will be able to solo the bosses that no one can.

Steep on the MC for the ql compared to the other dots. Doesn't really matter though, you can use it when you can use it.

nanos drop alot in statics, im pretty sure i found this one a scheol static when i was hunting for arul saba gems.
